-- Relax, God Will Fight For You.
Key Verses: Exodus 14:14, 1 Peter 1:5-8, Proverbs 3:5-7, Psalms 112:7 - NLT
Let’s face it.
You never know what life will throw your way and sometimes you will get knocked down.
In hard times, it can be hard to trust that God is going to make a way out of no way.
But he can and he will.
So many times, you feel like your situation is the end of the world, but instead it should be the beginning of great times ahead. You just have to trust God.
Proverbs 3:5-7: Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take. Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil.
As you see, Proverbs 3:5-7 tells you to “Trust in the Lord with all our heart and to not depend on your understanding, but to seek his will in everything and he will show you what way to go.” Most importantly it tells you to not be so full of yourself, but instead find refuge in the Lord and turn away from your evil ways that may have caused you to be in your current situation.
Exodus 14:14: The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”
If you can simply put ALL of your trust in God then he will fight for you!
So relax and let God handle your situation.
1 Peter 1:5-8: And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see. So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy.
Once you do this, God will then allow you to experience wonderful joy.
He even tells you that your trials won’t last forever, but it will help strengthen your trust in him.
And as your trust grows stronger, it will bring you indescribable joy when Jesus reveals himself to the entire World.
Just imagine how amazing it would feel on that day to just be in his presence.
BUT, in the meantime, while you may be experiencing hard times, remember back to a previous time when God pulled you out of another situation. He pulled you out then and he will pull you out again.
God is with you. God has your back. God will never leave you.
So just relax.
Continue to Pray.
Better days are ahead and you have to tell yourself that daily. Even if that means writing in on your mirror to look at when you are getting ready. Putting a note on the refrigerator. Or putting a scripture that fits your situation as your background.
Psalms 112:7 They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them.
Lastly, Psalms 112:7 tells you that bad news can’t and won’t shake you.
As long as you confidently trust in the Lord.
So trust with confidence!
Remain in God and he will remain in you.
XOXO,
